Shwizz Show//Quiz Show
Spam and Beans have been titillating literally tens and tens of people for nearly three years with their almost legendary “World Famous” quiz show and “Shwizz” nights.
It’s hard to describe to what an evening spent in the quizzicalistic company of the pair might entail, however, it’s fair to say it will probably contain some, if not all of the following:
- aggressively camp and overly sexual dance routines
- upside down and inside out humour
- pop the parcel
- pound shop prizes
- Lizzy Beans talking about her “lady-bits”
- not-so-hard questions
- obscure music from the vaults of crapdom
- a story of love in the medium of song, poetry and contemporary movement
- fun
- games
- a flamingo called Flo
In the North we performed our nights in the award winning TROF bars in Manchester and the equally super and award winning Harley Hotel in Sheffield.
Our nights in London have included Shoreditch House, Bar Kick, The Hobby Horse, Hoxton Hall and Dalston Superstore in East London. We also like to pop up at cabaret and scratch nights.
